AFLG - Goals:

The major priority of the AFLG is the promotion of Aussie Rules football and its associated lifestyle and culture.

Australian Rules football will only be able to be established in Germany through a well-thought-out marketing campaign and targeted publicity. The AFLG was designed to act as a springboard for such activities. We have also set up an internet presence (www.australian-football.de) as a means of coordinating all those interested in participating and to promote and develop the competition in Germany.

The AFLG's interests can be considered the common goals of the various German sides. At the centre of our philosophy is the love of our sport - Australian football. All of the various financial activities of the AFLG are conducted with the single aim in mind, to organise as many games of footy and tournaments as possible and to enable the German public to experience Australian football (be it actively or passively).
